The core of our project is to raise awareness of our society against gender inequality and to support our young women studying in engineering departments financially and morally.

We support our female students studying in the engineering fields which are listed below.

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
  • Mechatronics engineering
  • Automotive engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering

We preferred engineering departments where women were few since we have seen that girls prefer these professions much less or not at all and they have difficulties in finding jobs and internships.

Our aim is to ensure equality between women and men in every field and to support women for this.

We know that professions have no gender and supporting women's involvement in all aspects of working life is an important step in creating social awareness.

As Hasan Faydasıçok Education Foundation, we aimed to give scholarships to 50 girls in the first year of our project and we realized this as of October 2017.

In addition to scholarship support, we have created our project step by step for the development of students in every field.These steps consist of volunteer mentoring network, internship, business and personal development support.

We bring together experienced female engineers and young university students through the volunteer mentoring network.

We match our students with female engineers in line with their departments, interests and goals in business life.

We support our scholarship holders who want to do internship as Faydasıçok Holding Group Companies.In addition ,we support our scholarshipholders by using our long-standing business network in industry sector.

We meet our scholarship holder with scientists and personal development specialist through FAYDASIÇOK Academy.

We make suggestion to all scholarship holder to work at least 50 hours a year in a non-governmental organization that provides social benefits. In addition, in order to contribute to their professional development, we have subscribed to TUBITAK Science and Technical magazine.
